Jab suraj dhalta hai, tab hamare sharir ko bhi vishram ki avashyakta hoti hai. Yeh samay sirf sone ke liye nahi, balki din bhar ki mansik aur sharirik thakan ko utaarne ke liye hai. Ek shaant sham hamare jivan mein naya utsah aur tazgi bhar deti hai, jisse hamara agla din aur bhi behtar banta hai.

Halki gatividhi aur sharir ki jagrukta

Bina kisi dabav ke, apne sharir ko dhire se hilana-dulana ek behtareen sham ka hissa ho sakta hai. Halki stretching ya dhyan-purvak chalna (mindful walking) hamare angon ko sahaj banata hai. Iska uddeshya kisi lakshya ko pana nahi, balki apne sharir ki har harqat ko mahsoos karna aur uska samman karna hai.

Niyamit shaam ki routine aur santulan

Rozana ki ek choti routine aapke sharir ke internal clock ko behtar banati hai. Chahe woh 5 minute ka dhyan ho ya sirf sone se pehle apne pairon ki halki malish, niyamit hona hi asli sukoon ki chabi hai. Apne liye yeh samay nikaalna koi vilasita (luxury) nahi, balki ek zarurat hai.
